Legacy Founder Portfolio

From 1995 – 2016, Mark Barineau served as an owner of Radney Management & Investments, Inc. (“RMI”). A vertically integrated family-owned company spanning three generations, RMI’s core business consisted of acquiring and developing affordable/workforce housing, project-based Section 8 and low-income housing tax credits properties (“LIHTC”) with a long-term hold horizon.

Of the RMI portfolio today, Mark maintains a substantial ownership as a Limited Partner.
