Lionsmark Investment Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of 58 Firefly Drive, a 130,000 SF industrial warehouse in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Located 30 miles from the Port of Savannah (the largest container port in the Southeast U.S.) the property benefits from immediate access to I-95 and sits within the rapidly expanding logistics corridor in Jasper County, SC.

The property is 100% leased to two tenants with less than 3.0-year WALT, providing strong in-place cash flow with significant mark-to-market upside. Additional value creation is projected through our targeted capital improvement plan.

This acquisition represents Lionsmark’s 3rd industrial asset in the broader Jasper County/Savannah MSA, further reinforcing our long-term conviction in the region’s fundamentals, supply-chain positioning, and persistent tenant demand.
